Church Building Highlights
These pictures show some of the main areas of our facility. God's people have been faithfull to provide for the space needs with quality over the generations. From children to adults there is a place for everyone to study the Bible, Worship, and Fellowship together at GBC.
Our choir room has exceptional accoustics and also has robe storage and an attached music library. The choir rehearses here every week.
In 2003 our courtyard was landscaped and beautified. It often serves as a backdrop for wedding photos and has become a wonderful outdoor gathering place in the Spring and Summer months.
Our Playground is fenced on all sides and attracts children whenever the weather is nice. It was installed by Glasgow Baptist men and features benches, a swingset with toddler swing, and playground safe mulch.
For Wednesday night meals and fellowships we have a fellowship Hall. It includes kitchen facilities and can seat about 300 people.
Our Sanctuary has a wide and open platform that provides for great flexibility, and we are fully multimedia equiped. We use multimedia to support our song service and preaching as well as providing video for special emphasis.
The Heritage Prayer room houses a collection of artifacts from our church's history, old church directories and numerous pictures from the past 150 years.
